Our service is easily added to your current lease for all LuxBin partners. Simply reach out to your leasing specialist to sign up and start enjoying the benefits of this exclusive offering!

Once you have joined LuxBin, your custom bin will be delivered to your doorstep within 48 hours. Once you have received your bin, you're ready to start enjoying our services on the next scheduled service day.

PICKUP SCHEDULE

Depending on your property management’s selection, your residence may be serviced under either the Platinum or Gold plan. Both plans ensure reliable, professional trash pickup tailored to meet the needs of residents. The Gold Plan offers once-a-day pickups Sunday through Thursday, while the Platinum Plan provides the added convenience of two pickups per day every weekday.

Our LuxBin team rovers will stop by during the indicated pickup times to take care of your trash.

To guarantee pickup, please be sure to set out your bin by the end of your schedule’s Set-Out Window.

GUIDELINES

You're welcome to place your bin outside your apartment door anytime on your designated service day. However, to keep your hallways clear and tidy, we recommend aiming for the optimal window of your service schedule’s “Set-Out Window”. This helps avoid any lingering trash in the hallways for extended periods, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • You must use only your provided 13-gallon LuxBin bin which will identify your property, building and unit #.

  • Your trash bag must be tied shut and placed outside of your door with the lid closed and on the can.

  • Only 1 bag per pickup.

  • Do not set your trash bin out after the designated set-out windows.

  • Do not stack any items on top of the bin or beside the bin; only one bag per pick up.

  • For the health and safety of our pickup crew, we do not accept the following items in your trash:

    • Animal waste, needles or sharp objects, biohazardous materials, or illegal substances
